Natren products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  These products are shipped FedEx 2nd Day Air in their own package.  These packages are cold packed with dry ice to ensure freshness.  Natren Products only ships Monday-Wednesday to ensure the package is delivered to you the end consumer.  If your order is recieved outside of this shipping window, your product will ship on the following Monday.

Due to the increased cost of packaging, processing and shipping we are unable to offer Free Shipping on ALL Natren products.  There will be a flat fee of $13.00 applied to all orders that contain Natren Products.  Thank you for your patience and understanding
